I have no idea why but resuming my lifting routine after more than a year off due to injury is giving me some serious insomnia. It used to have the opposite effect and I don't like it.

I usually try to do like 5-10 min on an exercise bike starting at a moderate-high pace and tapering down Then really hit the legs with a bunch of good stretches for longish holds or do some yoga. gl, insomnia sucks
