Also, I can no longer dead-lift/squat which is frustrating to begin with but doubly so after seeing the satisfaction on the face of the 100lb woman in the rack next to me after she put up some serious plates.

Do you cool down and strech after your lift? as I've gotten older I've found not doing so can give me restless legs at night when I try to sleep.
