1/ Yesterday, I tried cooking lamb sirloin for the first time. It went poorly -- fat drip chars on the outside and raw on the inside. Anyways, when I went outside to put the grill cover on, I noticed the burners were out albeit still on high. Moment of sheer damn horror.

2/ Turns out, my habitual brain skipped the turn-burners step but got the close-propane-valve step, so everything was fine. But for a brief minute there I thought about what could have went wrong if I skipped both... Stuck with me all day.
