Unless you're already DM partners, DMing a woman with your 101 criticisms to their post is received as thirst even if it isn't although it almost certainly is. Two women I know complained about this on protected today. Even if you don't care about them, you're wasting your time.

DM etiquette is pretty weird in general. But I imagine thirst DMs have to be the most frustrating. Like, I've gotten maybe a handful of explicit ones over the years and each time it's not so much flattering as it's "okay, how do I navigate this?" When it's daily -- wow.

I boggle that anyone wld DM just about *anybody* on here without some sort of specific invitation (e.g., "DMs open" in bio). DMs here feel like texting. Would you *really* just rando send a personal text to a stranger, especially a *forward* one? Apparently so... but
