I'm sorry but out of context that characterization does not wash with me at all. I would argue it's the epitome of highly usable security software WITH thoughtful social interaction in the context of cryptographic communication. it's probably just I don't know the context

They are doing good work and seem to be correcting this. `/keybase/public` and `/keybase/private` are awesome! But they deserved the criticism for not taking spam/abuse seriously in the context of the airdrop growth hack.
