Is regolith just Ubuntu with i3? It's the first time I hear of it (and I am already a user of Ubuntu with i3, tmux, and Vim!)

I'm looking at it in more depth now. Apparently I can just install the packages from a PPA on a regular Ubuntu machine :) I like the GNOME shell integration, that's usually something I miss.
