I think it's that I don't like using vertical space to navigate complex intersecting hierarchies. The queries are way too verbose for me, but at the same time I understand why they're powerful. I just want, like, a totally different DSL for the same capabilities?

tbf my experience with graph database thus far has been minimal and I don’t know what’s gonna nite me yet — so “hate” as proxy for “don’t understand”
