The airlines are bound to want a more fuel efficient aircraft, it's a business decision, not extreme eco-warrioring. Boeing blew it. Big time.

That’s my point with the comment — fuel cost is like 10% of airline costs. If one plane offers a reduction for a particular route, others inevitably have to (I assume).
