Well before that, it may have been @rails. @dhh's love of smalltalk and fluent code -- in the articuluate sense, not the Evans/Fowler one -- made the match between tasks and concepts tightly fitting.
What is the best designed library you've ever used, where "best" means not only allowed you to get work done, but helped you learn to think about your task better.
For me: @fchollet's keras.
Before it, my DNN *code* wasn't well-decomposed even though it naturally should be.
