Thanks. This isn't even too tangential to my time right now. My prototype is just a prototype but I'm trying to make it my next 5 years so... ...a deeper understanding now isn't bad, even if I won't be maintaining it ;)
by the way that KeyError is pretty junky. i never realized that was happening for bytecode based requests. i think you get GremlinServerError objects for scripts and I'd assumed it the same for remote traversals. Not sure what that entails to resolve that, but looking....
