1/ I think there is something between a package and a gist that would be extremely useful for programming. Like, a pure, no rights reserved code fragments to do predictive snippets over.

2/ Not sure it would actually be useful. But, I'd love to be able to start typing something like, import os def shift_mtimes(dir and it would, - make progressively smarter guesses - allow me to one-click to include / adapt
