Just to be sure I'm answering the right question -- by "graph database" you mean like ICON or KONECT? Eg, a database of pre-collected network data?

@neo4j,@JanusGraph,@dgraphlabs, etc)

Four days later I have ended up mirroring my mongo stored network data in Neo4j, and am using it to answer complex analysis queries that would have been too laborious to contemplate before and its all your fault. So thanks.

I use MongoDB to store the edge and node data. Does that count?
