When you say "sniff some JSON", do you mean examples of the serialized data or do you mean a JSON schema?
I wasn't really specific :( I meant taking raw json and spitting out a .proto definition file for me to use

I’ve seen a google lib that transforms JSON to a protocol buffer, or *something* like that.
I was at Google Fiber and we had to use it for a service call. We ended up doing it in python.
