For an extremely extremely nerdy dude who has seen Counting Crows in concert no fewer than 10 times, I listen to A LOT of Immortal Technique.

Lots I can't relate to and some is really d i s t o r t e d from my perspective (same for, like, Vinnie Paz's stuff)— but, that's all music really. Mostly I like the moments of poetic clarity. ...plus it just sounds good.

What do you mean by d i s t o r t e d? And do you listen to other hiphop artists?

My experience is too far from theres to be accessible, and some of it is jarring. And yes, but not as much as I used to. Mostly I just leave spotify radio on autoplay for when I'm doing auto-pilot level tasks.

So are there specific genres that aid in your flow? Like, do you have a roster of flowable songs

More like "Pick <Immortal Technique>" and let spotify do it. I can't actually get a flow anymore while listening to music. But I can make mundane tasks enjoyable.
