I’ve been wondering this myself. When the boomers go to sell their 401ks and downsize their houses and there’s no one there to buy at market price…what happens?

seems pretty clear to me as a non-economist that trump is already propping up the economy w/ untargeted tax cuts to businesses that don’t need them and interest rate reductions... when recession hits eventually, it’ll be harder to smooth it
