Off to physical therapy to lie about how frequently I did my routine last week.

Daaang. Yeah, so I busted up my L5/S1 when I crashed on an ice patch on xc skis some 7 years ago now, though I was sitting & running a lot before that too, so core strength was not so great. Replaced running with swimming since- doing laps has been the best PT I've found.
