Increasingly I see "Kyle" as shorthand for the same set of behavior.

So I was thinking the same thing a few months ago. Apparently, it comes from the concept of a hanging chad. The "left over" piece when you cut off some tape (hanging chad) or paper. https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/chad … (cont)
