You don't need 5 people - that's a lot of mouths to feed if you don't have spare cash. Deciding on and proving a market is the most important thing you can do starting out. Makes recruitment and funding easier.

Fair. But after proof of market, I *would* want to hire quickly, which is something I never wanted before because I think bootstrapping is cooler. But, I'm tired of wearing 20 hats.
