Copying someone’s photography then putting RT with a credit is not a retweet, it’s engagement theft. I’m definitely adding that to my block/mute engine as an abusive behavior.

No I didn’t see yours. I was referring to (almost always) to nature / science photography on twitter, where people just copy the pic instead of quote tweeting the original tweet. I feel like those folks get shit compensation always

Yes, that is the absolute worst and I do call it out especially on those massive churning crap accounts that have nature or space in their handle, but are nothing about actual nature or space. (Thanks for the clarification, too.)

Actually the one I was referring to I found the OP and retweeted it. But after your comment I double checked and IT want the photog either! Sigh
