I sense NotAllMen is being used to refer to a set of behaviours that includes more than literally saying "not all men", as in, NotAllMen-ism.
Is that true? If that's true, what are those? How does it relate to general level behaviour on Twitter?

Mostly at an abstract level. I need to collect some examples, but very often when I see a pile on reaction, the replies are generally the same and generally they were implicated in something.

This is very true. Combine the defensive reaction of a lot of guys with exceptionalism that’s common in tech and, yeah.

And outside of tech if we're being real. If they can't convince themselves of their exceptionalism on the national scale they'll find a smaller pond and convince themselves that they didn't leave because they didn't want to/knew better/ aren't an elitist coastal/etc
