Weight lifting friends: I was in an incident five years ago that herniated L3/L4. Since then I've tried getting back to deadlifts & squats; but, each time, I eventually re-injure myself. I think it's time to recognize I can't do either anymore. So... ...what can I do instead?
Yea that's the crux of it I think. I have back issues now. But people with chronic backpain that I know live in a different reality and yikes.
