i think a lot of anti-vaxx and climate change denialism comes from the same underlying fear: large, external forces infringing on a personal sense of agency it’s possible to change hearts imo but gotta start from an understanding of the core issue from their perspective

The likelihood of the anti vax people (flat earth, climate change deniers, never went to the moon etc) being tools of Russian propaganda campaigns is high. The ignorant are greatly influenced by this as they have no intellectual skills.
