2/ This one was big, mostly because I thought I was symptomatic. Near the end of my phd (like two months to go), I started noticing weird vision issues that felt eerily familiar. Not diplopia (which was my symptom 16 years ago) but...something wrong.

3/ I actively ignored it because I wanted to finish and if I got a recurrence diagnosis, I knew I never would. That sounds fucked up but anyone in
#phdlife would get it. Then after I finished, there were preauth issues and it took me a full month and two weeks to get results.Show this thread -
