Recently, I've been turning down a lot of projects to improve my mental and physical health. It's a strange place to be where doing a lot less makes a huge difference. Ostensibly, all of the OSS dev and studying and constant quest to learn things made me worse off

It's strange, b/c you can hide compulsive behavior in ways that other people look at as "being successful". If someone works out 12 hours a day, people are like "Yeah, that's too much". Do technical stuff 10-12 hours a day, 7 days/week for 10 years? Of course, that's what work is
