To be fair, the alternative to profit maximising VCs is decentralisation and some form of hash/cryptographic infrastructures and local economies. VCs wanna get Bezos rich. Crypto idiots wanna go to the moon. Normal people want fair exchange & autonomy

Yea. I'm sorta leaning towards building a scaffold that benefits (computationally) from the initial centralization but plans and designs for eventual decentralization.

I think that's definitely the right way for a sophisticated platform or ecosystem. Centralised bootstrapping but designed with future decentralization in mind. Anyways looking forward to hearing more as things develop!
