A protected account that I do not follow likes and retweets my stuff within seconds *most* times, and I'm just confused. - I can't see them. - I assume it's a bot. - But, what would the strategy be?

I have the same thing happen and it’s so bizarre. Twitter won’t even show me the account name—it’s just a ghost account occasionally inflating my likes

Can't see who it is even because they are (I assume) protected (unless it's just a twitter bug).

But like super protected—normally it at least shows the account with the lock sign, doesn't it?

I think only if you're following them. Let's test it. I'm gonna like something of yours from an alt.
