I find that making spontaneous decisions I don't see as ordinarily going one particular way work for this: stopping in at a store I've passed before but never been in, taking a new route home that adds two blocks of walking because why not, etc

My therapist recommended that I try different version of this: Make a silly mistake (experience a small failure) everyday that won’t ruin my life but still will help me normalize failing. I haven’t tbh but now that you reminded me of it, sounds like a good idea!
