I didn’t buy a case for my new iPhone. I opted for the total protection plan monthly fee. I’m not saying this is a good idea. I just want to document my mistake here, so I can identify where things went wrong later.

What would constitute it being a mistake? Paying the fee and it never breaking? It breaking and having to go without a phone until you can deal with the replacement process?
