I wish I knew how to sleep. Seems like a superpower to me.

Sleeping 4-5 hours a night or giving up the caffeine? Or trying this chai?!?

To get to sleep I attend to the noisiest part of my system. If it's my gut I work on relaxing. If it's my mind I let it race. Relaxing is an alien concept...a source of argument between my brain & body. I think it's a way, perhaps the first way, my autism manifested itself.
