As they say, I don't know who out there needs this, but ... yesterday was my 500th consecutive day of running. I doubt I went running 20 times in the 6 years before I started. I worked too much, and didn't take the best care of myself.

I don't expect that 500 day milestone to mean much to anybody except me. How do you know I actually did all that? But I know, and I draw strength from it. The point of sharing this experience isn't what I did, but what you can do, and how you'll feel when you do.
