Yea. One year in my twenties, I packed on 45 lb of muscle and lost about 35 lb of fat. It was very hard. Staying fit in my 30s is harder.

Yeah it's wild. Mainly the not being able to eat what I want, in the portions I want, at the time I want is most depressing. I remember being 24 and eating a stupid amount of fast food or a whole large pizza in a sitting and not gaining a pound.
