Wait, but you should do it! Husband and I took lessons before the wedding to practice our first dance but also just to learn in general. It was so fun to learn something together and I could see myself having better balance/getting stronger. do itttttt

I think we will, just not in time for the wedding. Both over-extended now.

My wife and I took dance lessons in the 5 weeks before our wedding, honestly, it was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Don’t waste your time on first dance lessons, just take something fun like salsa lessons. It’s amazing exercise and gets you pumped for your big party.

PS if you’re anything like me, you’ll appreciate feeling somewhat confident on the dance floor for the first time in your life.

Former ballroom dance instructor here! Whether you get started before or after the wedding, you won't regret it. Dancing together be can such a fun, active, and romantic life-long hobby for couples! It's also a great way to de-stress/connect during the wedding planning process.

Thanks. I think we definitely will eventually. Everything you said does make sense to me.

We didn't dance at our wedding. We had hula hoops and bocce ball instead and it was awesome.

That's awesome!
