Very low structure, standard Jupyter notebooks (usually as IPython). Headers and such to break up sections/content. And, I cell-tag things (inconsistently) with 'idea', 'reference', 'exploration'. It's mostly archived scratch pads.

Yes. But more to be able to see a temporal progression of ideas when I want to. Like, getting to go to the command line and type $ ag "keyword" then find all the notebooks, a lot with interactive demos/sketches, is pretty cool.
