I kinda like this one. People have alts anyway. Making an <anon:uid=0> type account that presents no social cues allows expression without stereotyping. My initial take is that it's value would largely be a safe way for people to shout into the void. Since it is extremely abuse-prone, most users would probably sensibly not look at anon content.
