@generativist You seem like the person to ask: do you have a link / trick (/ hand-rolled tool?) to make Jupyter notebooks into static documents, keeping the graphics and omitting the code cells?

I have to write up my entire pipeline but the cool thing is that if you do to markdown first, you can use pandoc for pandoc-flavored markdown with pandoc-citeproc and have full citations etc. This whole ecosystem is really fantatistc.
