Years ago, I realized, 1. Building frontends/UIs is not easy; 2. It's hard because it involves thoughtful design; 3. Good design requires experience I won't accumulate because think it should be easy and work hastily. I want to remember this when I start my next project.

I took two HCI/UX modules last year and it fundamentally changed how I approach *any* design process involving people, far beyond UI/Gestalt. I wished, everyone would enroll in at least 1 MOOC in Human-Centered Design - esp. those who order products/solutions.
