I'm trying to do mine now and I'm just left with the feeling, "there is too much to present, and it's hard to cut out parts in a way that keeps it coherent." I think that means I did too much.

I remember thinking something similar after I finished my proposal slides...I *think* that process forced me to figure out what I wanted to say more than writing did, but its also possible I wouldn't have even known where to start if I hadn't muddled through the writing...
