Yes, it is! And it's almost always necessary for context, too. But, with chronic activation, that process ends up dominating evaluation.

Mostly, a needlessly wordy way of saying "habitually." Like, we have many heuristics for evaluation and judgment. But, twitter, as a medium, makes a few of them excessively convenient. And, as we get used to them, we lose track of why we formed particular judgments.
