I've thought about releasing my scrape for a while. But, there are two problems: 1.

Yea, as long as you're very very careful with stripping names and geography. Like, I had a rare cancer where county + disease is sufficient to identify me. And there are a lot of rare diseases. But you're right aggregates are pretty useful.
