Hello people who live in Berkeley! Please explain why this town seems to be populated exclusively by Times Square tourists? Like, an entire town with zero spatial or situational awareness. Packs of 8 person blocks doing drunkard’s walks. It’s incredible.

I will say that most people are actually not that bad, but there are enough really spatially unaware folks here that it leaves a lasting impression. I also run early in the morning, fewer people out. One time (while running) I accidentally body checked this older woman
