Question for people with back issues: I herniated L3/L4 2 yrs ago. Consequently, I can't really deadlift or squat anymore, and I never feel like I get a good workout without a lot of involvement. Anyone have any safe substitutes that leave you with that good exhaustion feeling?

I've used some of their HIIT videos before to take thinking out of my workout. I do like them.
