I've used some of their HIIT videos before to take thinking out of my workout. I do like them.

Swimming will do that. It does require a lot of back work so not sure if you can do it with your hernias.

Just as an aside: I was only told I couldn’t lift more than 25kg weights *after* my surgery. Apparently if the surgeons tell men that they won’t be able to go to the gym after a hernia repair, a large number refuse the surgery
