1) I'm not a mathematician+, so I don't need to type formulas. 2) I know how to automate table of contents, bibliographies, etc. in Word & LibreOffice. 3) Should I use

Latex in general is pretty. And, tikz is great for making quick and clean portrayals / illustrations. But, I almost never write in raw-latex anymore (except for tikz, and that's recent.)

pandoc seems good (from what I just looked up) but a little above my paygrade, maybe. For converting LaTeX to .docx, would pandoc work? Asking for a friend. Literally. He is (unlike me) fully LaTeX proficient.

Yea, I used to use pandox on a contract that required docx outputs. It did a great job.
