I sometimes do a bit of indica before bed if i can't sleep. But, it only puts me to sleep. I don't find it restive.

How much coffe you drinkin’ bro? I had similar trouble and stopped coffee after 3pm which helps immensely.

The timing matters more for me. As long as I stop before 2 it's usually okay, but...that's hard to do sometimes.

I had to stop drinking coffee entirely a couple of years back. I still fell and stayed asleep well enough, but woke feeling like I had barely slept more than a few hours. Isn't the caffeine, though: I drink black tea daily now, no problem. Is something else in the coffee.
