I would actually like to take some naps here and there. But not gonna happen.

Yea. Like, I wish I could say, "okay, I'm fried, let me nap and let my body do it's reparative thing." My body disagrees.

I've also tried (and miserably failed) napping. What I found is that laying down, shutting off all sources of distraction and just calming my thoughts is still an effective way to re-energise. No magic "took a nap and felt a surge of energy" effect, though.

Yea. It def helps a bit. But not enough for easy habit formation :/

My body hates to sleep at night. I will spend the entire first half of the day trying to keep my eyes open. But if I make it past lunch I'm basically awake until the following morning. Sleep is weird.
