How about when I abstain, eg. I didn't vote 4 E Aguinaldo? Will it be it blank or 0?

if only 1 position (e.g. President) & you left it blank,voter's receipt will say "Abstention"

Any idea if ERs specifically list undervotes? Or if current VP undervote tally = voters - valid votes?
