Less than 12h for #BattleForAzeroth , I wanted to think about WoW and how it changed my life completely in the last 11 years:
- Shitty jobs, almost broke and bad stuff at home. Had to move out and live with a friend.
- WoW was there during those times and helped go to through
- My now wife supported me during those times and eventually got me a referral from a friend at Blizzard - Got hired and moved from Spain to Ireland, to work in Blizzard - Got married with and we had an awesome WoW-themed wedding - Met tons of cool people here and there
- My career advanced a lot. I am good at what I do
- Got the chance to work at GamesCom once
- My favorite blue poster in the forums is now my boss
- I got a real badass sword 
But most of all as a TL;DR:
- My life was shitty before. Now I am super happy about my life.

Needless to say, I kept playing WoW during all that time. I had ups and downs, but always hooked to it.
