Notifications for new uploads are significantly delayed (starting this morning). Other notifications for live streams, comments, etc are still sending. We're actively working to fix this and will update everyone when it's resolved.

That's odd. Do you see the same across devices? Also, are you able share screenshots? This would help us understand the issue better, thanks!
As far as I can tell, I only notice the issue happening on the desktop version. The phone app works completely fine. I've got no notifications right now, so it'd be pointless sending any screenshots.
