    4. Calls to action/goals are great - even if they're awkward to do. I feel uncomfortable telling people what to do, but sometimes people need a reminder. It's a tricky one.

    3. Platforms all have their own nuances, positives and negatives. I've left Twitch because the negatives (no discovery) were too great, but now I need to learn how to stream on Youtube

    2. Your followers/subscriber count doesn't really mean anything. Lots of those people will have followed you for one specific video but then never watch anything else. Views and engagement are king. I got complacent because I had lots of follows, they don't mean anything

    1. Really don't post lots of videos at once. People get fed up with your videos spamming their subscription feed and unsubscribe.

    I've got so much to learn with Youtube and content creation in general. Big wins early on make it easy to think you've 'made it' but it is a complex and difficult thing to keep that growth going. There's so much for me to learn! Here's some things I've learned recently:

    Really enjoyed watching play Hackerspace by - Custom zombies maps are so good, it's insane how much high quality content is out there. (Although I'm never going to be a fan of needing loads of points to buy the last step)
