If you only see her and nobody else - and they agree to only see you and nobody else - yes - you can count that as sharing your bubble - sharing your bubble doesn't have to mean you see each other all the time - it lets you see each other if you want

I think if you're not wanting to join their bubble then you could go visit simply to drop something off, so long as you keep 2m away.

Yeah was still a grey area though - thanks Bevan. I spoke to police who said if you were stopped at a checkpoint, would you have a compelling enough reason to drive where you're going. They were very reasonable and decent, so not sure where to next - may leave for a week.
